Terms of service.
1. Accounts and Membership
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation
Strict adherence to this section is required for your continued use of the App.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text ("Content") you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to post content that is:
Unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or libelous.
Pornographic, obscene, or contains nudity.
Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against specific groups.
Spam, unauthorized advertising, or malware.
Moderation & Reporting: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms and to suspend or ban users who post such Content. Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior via the in-app reporting feature. We will review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
In-App Purchases: Some features may require a paid subscription. These are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Account Settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by the platform (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for store-processed transactions.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Drillhub LLC. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Drillhub LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
7. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
